Nonprofit managers must deal with on-going administrative and management issues. One area that is of most importance for any manger is the issue of training and development. The continued training of employees is one of the most significant areas that a manager must deal with. It is necessary for employees to be trained in their job and to receive ongoing training as they progress within the organization. Job development also serves to promote happier employees, and as we all know, happy employees are good employees.
