Registration
Registration can be completed online at imAthLETE.com prior to MIDNIGHT Friday, April 16, 2010 or by downloading our registration and consent form and mailing them to Florida Atlantic University, Today & Beyond Wellness, SS-222, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
Registration can also be done in person at the Packet Pickup location on Saturday, April 17th at the Florida Atlantic University Swimming Pool from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
Late Registration
You can register in person during CHECK IN between 5:30 to 6:45 AM on race morning. Race fee increases day of race.
Please keep in mind the race is limited to 1,000 participants.
Packet Pick Up (Saturday)
Please pick up your race materials on Saturday, April 17, 2009 at the Florida Atlantic University Swimming Pool from 1:00 to 5:00 PM OR during CHECK IN on Sunday, April 19th, 2009 between 5:30 to 6:45 AM
Bike America will provide FREE bike check-ups on Saturday from 1PM to 5PM at the packet pickup. Helmets, Shoes, Clothing, Bikes and many other items will be available at Special Event Discount Prices.
Race Morning (Sunday)
Please CHECK IN between 5:30 to 6:45 AM at the transition area.
Timing Chip
Pick up your timing chip from CHECK IN and wear during the entire race. If you wish to use your own timing chip please make sure the number is on your application.
Pre-Race
Go to a race volunteer and have your legs and arms marked with your race number. Wear your assigned race number tag during the bike and run portion of the event.
For relay teams, RUNNERS will wear the number tag. Other relay members are body marked. The chip is passed from swimmer to cyclist to runner.
Bikes
Place your bike in the numbered rack which corresponds to your assigned race number. Leave your shoes, sunglasses, bike helmet, etc. with your bike. For safety and security reasons only participants are permitted in the transition area and no spectators can offer assistance to the triathletes.
Start of Race
We will move to beach for swim start before 7:00 AM. The race begins at 7:00 AM on the beach. Line up inappropriate waves. The race will start in seven waves with five minutes between each wave.

Women ages 30 to 39 and Athena -- Green swim caps |

Men ages 55 and over, and Women ages 50 and over -- White swim caps |
| 7th WAVE |
Clydesdale, FAU Faculty/Staff/Alumni, Collegiate, and Fat Tire -- Light Blue swim caps |
