Computer Based Test Offered At FAU Boca Raton Campus or the FAU Davie Campus.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING
Arrival Time
You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your testing time. Please be prompt. No late arrivals will be admitted.
Fees
All testing fees are non-refundable and the test may not be rescheduled.
Retake of the MAT Exam
If you are retaking the MAT within a 12 month period you must present your official "retake admission ticket" prior to testing.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
A Government Issued Photo ID is required and must be presented prior to testing. Your photo ID must be a valid photo ID matching exactly the name you used when registering. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The fee for this exam is $103. All testing fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and the test may not be rescheduled.

PARKING
Boca Raton Campus
If you do not have an FAU parking decal you must park in the visitor's parking lot. This is metered parking. For more information regarding visitor's parking visit the Traffic and Parking page.
Davie Campus
On the Davie Campus if you do not have a decal test takers can purchase a day pass for $2 from the Owl card center in SD 201. They need a cash or a check for the amount. They also need their tag number and year of the car. The center is open on Mon and Thurs 8:30-7, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30-4:30, Friday 8:30-3:30. They are closed everyday from 1-2 for lunch. ACCOMMODATIONS
The FAU Testing Center willingly provides special test accommodations for all candidates who qualify for non-standard test administrations. Please send all documentation to FAU Testing Center no later than two weeks prior to your test date. You can fax your documentation to (561) 297-0170 or drop it off at our office in the Student Support Service Building, SU 80 Room 210.
Documentation of your accommodations must:
- be current— i.e., completed within the past few years for disabilities not of a permanent or unchanging nature.
- describe the specific accommodations requested
- adequately support each of the requested testing accommodation(s)
- be typed or printed on official letterhead and be signed by an evaluator qualified to make the diagnosis.
