You will be able to vote for two tickets that will appear on one ballot accessible to all FAU students

The Treasure Coast Campus students will participate in a special election for Treasure Coast House of Representatives as well as the Gubernatorial Run-off which will be together on a ballot accessible only to Treasure Coast students.

Student Government elections process now utilizes an on-line election system.  In preparing the ballots for the on-line election system, we needed to address the unique nature of the distributed campuses at Florida Atlantic University.  Here is the criterion used to determine how you will be casting your vote.

Student Body President and Vice President Criteria:

  • Criteria 1: All students currently registered and paying Activity and Service fees at Florida Atlantic University during the semester in which the election takes place shall be entitled to vote for the Student Body President and Student Body Vice President Ballot.

Treasure Coast Criteria:

  • Criteria 1: Students who are currently registered and paying Activity and Service fees at Florida Atlantic University during the semester in which the election takes place shall be entitled to vote for that Treasure Coast Campus Governor and vacant Legislative Branch seats only at the campus where they accrued a majority of their accumulative credit hours.

  • Criteria 2: The Harbor Branch students will vote on the Treasure Coast Campus Ballot.
