How to Request Information

Information or data requests from Self-Study Committees should be addressed to the appropriate department chair or director and sent to the SACS Self-Study Operations Coordinator (Marge O'Connor, mail to SO 303, fax to 7-2590 or e-mail moconnor@fau.edu). Please include a photocopy of the page from the Criteria for Accreditation booklet with the Must Statement highlighted. Upon receipt, a memo identifying the request as an official SACS Self-Study information request will be attached and the request will be forwarded to the responding party. Requests for official university data or other general information can be made directly through IEA's online data request form at http://iea.fau.edu/
