 | Description An Internet/intranet-based system that supports the case management workflow and provides decision support capabilities. Running on a Windows based software system, this system can print a paper form or electronically transmit the data to the Clerk’s Office using the Internet. The second part of this system is a client/server system that resides at the Clerk’s Office and allows the flow of the guardianship data between the Clerk’s Office and Courts. Advantages - Replaces a paper system
- Provides accurate monitoring
- Aids in the detection of financial and material fraud for the Courts
Applications - A system for guardians to electronically file their yearly plans and accounting
