It is important that all students check their FAU e-mail account on at least a bi-weekly basis.  This e-mail account is the official method that FAU uses to communicate with students concerning financial obligations.  If you are having problems setting up your FAU E-mail account, please contact the FAU Computer Helpdesk at 561-297-3999 or toll-free at 866-885-8325 .  Additionally, here is a website that may also be useful http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk/

Important Reminder:  Many people in the FAU community have forwarded their FAU e-mail to a personal e-mail account and as a result they have noticed that they are not receiving all of the FAU mail or that it is delayed.  FAU is now using e-mail for much of its communication, such as student bills, financial aid disbursements, and emergency notices.  FAU recommends that you do not forward your FAU e-mail to a personal e-mail account.  If an e-mail gets lost, it will not be able to be retrieved.
