Northern Campus Computing Services work with the IRM Help desk to serve the northern campuses' desktop support needs. Requests for service should be reported to the IRM Help Desk through the online support center located at http://www.fau.edu/helpdesk or by phone at (561) 297-3999 (x7-3999 on campus) or toll free at (866) 885-8325.The IRM Help Desk will try to resolve the problem over the phone or via FAU’s remote desktop management software. If the Help Desk is unable to solve your problem a Ticket # will be generated for your case and someone from Northern Computing Services will be assigned to help you.
