Students are not eligible to receive financial aid at more than one institution for any one term. Therefore, you must apply for financial aid at the institution where you are degree-seeking, referred to as your home institution.
FAU students wishing to concurrently enroll at another college must be enrolled for a minimum of six credits at FAU during the term of concurrent enrollment, and submit the following forms to the Student Financial Aid Office by the end of the drop/add period:
1. Completed Concurrent Enrollment Form
2. An approved copy of the FAU transient student registration form
3. A validated copy of the student's course schedule to verify credit hours
4. Paid receipt from the host institution (other college)
Remember! Federal Financial Aid Recipients must be enrolled at least half-time to receive aid. Half-time is defined as 6 credits in each Fall/Spring/Summer term. Some exceptions apply for Pell Grant recipients.
