WHAT WOULD THE FRAMERS DO?
Instructor: Dr. Marshall DeRosa
Course Description: What do George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, Richard Henry Lee and others have to contribute to today’s political debates? These men gave us the constitutional framework to make public policy. Considering how they would approach the public policy issues confronting Americans in 2008 may help to clarify the relevance of the constitutional framework they established over 218 years ago. In other words, in what manner and to what extent is the US Constitution an asset or liability?
