MEMBER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE |

As a member, you may register by fax (561-297-3481 or 561-297-1028), or by mail. A credit card must be used to register by fax -- please be sure to sign the registration form and fill in all credit card information and the amount to be charged. The confirmation you receive will acknowledge receipt of your FAX. Please do not call to check receipt of your FAX. If you do not receive your confirmation within 10 days you may call the office at 561-297-3171. A check or credit card may be used for registration by mail. If you are writing a check, please make it payable to FAU/LLS and send to the address below: Florida Atlantic University
Membership dues are optional and are $30 per student. Memberships are effective through June 30, 2009. Both membership dues and the university fee for parking, safety and maintenance are non-refundable. Advance registration and lower course fees are benefits of membership. Walk-in Registrations: Beginning February 18 , three weeks prior to the start of classes, members and nonmembers may register in person by coming to the LLS office, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on the second floor of the Continuing Education Hall, adjacent to the Barry and Florence Friedberg Lifelong Learning Center. Registrations WILL NOT be accepted in the office before this date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Nonmember registrations sent in prior to this date will not be processed until February 18. |
