There are several payment plans available, which you can now select online. Follow the directions listed below for on-line payments. Once you have selected the "Pay Now" button, you'll be directed to the payment gateway. Please select "Enroll in a Payment Plan" if that is your selected method for payment of tuition and fees.

| Payment for all charges (e.g., tuition and fees from prior semesters, library fines, parking tickets, housing, meal plan, etc.) may be made in cash, check , or money order at any cashier's window. Payment may also be made online by using a credit/debit card (MasterCard, Discover and American Express), or personal checking/savings account "WEB CHECK" at http://www.fau.edu then click on the "Current Students" tab and select MyFAU, click on "Student Services", click on "Student Account", click "Account Detail by Term", click on " Pay Now" button, then follow directions to make a payment. All credit card payments processed through Self Service will be assessed a non-refundable 2.6% convenience fee. CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Registration will be cancelled for all students who have not paid any current semester fees.

Drop Box
The Boca Raton, Davie, Jupiter and Treasure Coast campuses are the only locations that provide the convenience of a drop box. If you know the amount of fees due, you are encouraged to put your check in the drop box to avoid waiting in line. Please write your student ID number on your check. Do not deposit cash in the drop box! No envelopes are required.

Florida Prepaid And Other Fee Deferment Information
Florida Prepaid: Florida Prepaid participants are no longer required to check in with the Controller’s Office every semester (billing will be automatic based on the number of credit hours a student is enrolled in each semester). Students may use the new Florida Prepaid Contribution Schedule by visiting http://www.fau.edu, click on the FEE PAYMENT link and then click on FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE. Payment can be made on-line or in person at any Cashier location. Reminder: If you do not want Florida Prepaid to be billed, you must contact the Controller's Office prior to the end of the drop and add period of each semester.
Third Party: Students whose fees are to be paid by other organizations must speak to a representative of the Controller's Office on or before the Last Day to Pay, provide proof of registration along with authorization to bill the sponsoring organization and obtain any amounts for which they (the student) may be liable. Students failing to pay any amounts due by September 2, 2008 using either payment plan may be assessed late payment fees and/or reinstatement fees.
Financial Aid Deferment: Only Financial Aid Students, who accepted their award online by September 2, 2008 will have their payment due date deferred. Financial Aid students who have not accepted their award must make arrangements to pay their fees on or before 5pm on the last day to pay.
V.A.Deferments expire October 17, 2008. Payment deadline for all veterans who have deferred their fees is also October 17, 2008. Non-payment by this date will result in the assessment of late payment fees and/or reinstatement fees.

Repeat Course Surcharge

DISHONORED CHECKS
Students paying with dishonored checks will be assessed a service charge. Stopping payment on a check is considered the same as a dishonored check.
