If you have tried to login to the system too many times once you have gone through the payment gateway, (ID is email address w/out @fau.edu & password is whatever you have selected) the system will log you off thinking you are trying to hack into the account. The next screen will ask you for your University ID and Password, however it will now verify that you are the appropriate person to be logged into the account and it will need the information below:

University ID: Type in Z#

Password: DOB (mmddyy)
