FAU President Frank T. Brogan to Speak at Torch Club on October 18
"FAU in the 21st Century: A World -Class University"

BOCA RATON, FL (October 3, 2005) - Florida Atlantic University President Frank T. Brogan will speak on "FAU in the 21st Century: A World-Class University" before the Boca Raton chapter of the International Torch Club on Tuesday, October 18. The event will begin at 6:15 p.m. with a cash bar, followed by dinner at 6:45. It is the first meeting of the club's 2005-06 season and is open to the public.

The Torch Club is an international organization that has the goal of enriching members' knowledge through the sharing of professional skills and experiences.

The cost of admission is $35. The event will be held at the Boca Raton Country Club, 7751 Boca Club Blvd. For information or reservations, call Ed Skiko at 561-392-7573.
