FAU Co-Sponsors Conference Focusing on Complexity Science and its Application to Health Care Management

BOCA RATON, FL (September 9, 2005) - Florida Atlantic University's Center for Complex Systems and Brain Sciences, FAU's Department of Biomedical Science, University MRI, the Florida Medical Association, and Plexus Institute will co-sponsor a conference entitled "On the Verge: Changing Lives, Organizations & Minds - Complexity Science in a Changing World." This event, scheduled for September 11 - 13 at The Delray Marriott, Delray Beach, will bring together experts in complexity theory from the natural and social sciences in an effort to find application of those ideas in the management of healthcare.
