FAU National Alumni Association To Host
Clematis By Night Pep Rally
BOCA RATON, FL (August 25, 2003) - As Florida Atlantic University gets set to kick off its third season of action-packed football, the FAU National Alumni Association begins the festivities by hosting "FAU Night at Clematis By Night" on Thursday, September 4, from 5:30 - 9 p.m., in downtown West Palm Beach's Centennial Square.
A community pep rally event, which is free and open to the public, Clematis By Night, part of the Fountainside Concert Series, will feature live music, food and appearances by FAU President Frank Brogan, '81; FAU head football coach Howard Schnellenberger; FAU head basketball coach Sidney Green; members of the FAU football team; FAU cheerleaders, the dance team and the FAU mascot, the Big Bad Burly Bird.
