More than 2,000 students will receive their degrees from FAU during the spring commencement ceremonies. These students will join more than 80,000 alumni who have graduated from FAU since the University opened its doors nearly 40 years ago.

"I am truly blessed to share this momentous occasion with our hard working students, their families and friends," said Brogan. "I congratulate everyone who has worked so hard to reach this milestone."

Highlighting the accomplishments of an FAU alumnus, the morning commencement ceremony will honor Miles A.
