FAU Nursing Students to Conduct Blood Pressure Screening at St. Lucie West Wal-Mart

            PORT ST. LUCIE, FL (March 29, 2006) - Florida Atlantic University nursing students will be conducting blood pressure screenings at the St. Lucie West Wal-Mart on Monday, April 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Screenings are free of charge.

            “We only wish to raise awareness about the growing problem of hypertension and to promote health and wellness,” said FAU Nursing Instructor Joyce Burr.  

            The screenings will be held near the entrance to Wal-Mart, located at 1675 St. Lucie West Boulevard.  For more information, contact Joyce Burr at 772-873-3362.
