Employers must be registered with OWL CareerLink (formerly Interfase)

• Set up a New Account

• Login to an Existing Account

New Accounts take about 72 hours to process. You will get an email with further instructions once processed.

Existing employer account:

• Login with your username and password

• Select "Schedules" at the top of the menu bar and click "New Schedule Request"

• Complete the following sections: Posting Information, Requirements, Interview Request Preferences

• Select the "Save" button

• Allow us 72 hours to approve the request form

Once we approve your request form, you will receive the confirmation email on how to manage your schedule. James Watson, Jr., Employer Relations Coordinator will assist you in managing your recruiting schedule(s), as well as, facilitate the actual day of your on-campus interviews.

Once your recruitment reservation is submitted, the Career Development Center will advertise your visit to FAU students. The earlier you submit your request, the better we are able to accommodate your preferred date.
