CDC Services

The Career Development Center offers comprehensive services to aide FAU students in setting and achieving fulfilling career goals. Through career counseling, assessments and same-day advising students are able to gain awareness and knowledge of their interests, transferable skills, values and its relations to career choices. Additionally, career counselors and career advisors assist student in exploring various educational and career related resources (i.e. internet, printed materials) and generate career options and alternative plans.

Making a referral to the Career Development Center for our services couldn’t be easier! Simply send students to our same-day advising program which takes place every Monday- Wednesday between 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. During same-day advising, and in collaboration with the student, our professionally trained career advisors will determine the needs of the student and make appropriate recommendations.
