Tell us your company history:State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company was founded on June 7, 1922, by George J. Mecherle, a retired farmer. It initially concentrated on meeting auto insurance needs of Illinois farmers through a mutual organization owned by the customers. Any advice for students currently in the job search?Apply early, you want to get into our candidate pool as soon as possible. Utilize your Career Development Center and all the events and information that they have available to you. Attend as many recruiting events as possible, and get to know local recruiters.
What qualities or skills do you look for in candidates?Communication Skills (written and Verbal), Language Skills, Customer Service Experience, Mobility, Strong Work Ethic
