Career Day
On-Campus Recruiting Program(OCR)This service is available to employers who are interested in conducting interviews on campus. On-campus recruiting is reserved for employers who are hiring for full-time professional positions requiring a degree. The Career Development Center is home to a brand new state of the art facility with multiple interview rooms, including an interview reception area.- OCR is exclusively for FAU students and alumni
Information SessionsInformation sessions are a way of disseminating information and creating greater awareness about your organization on-campus. Information sessions compliment On-campus recruiting and are conducted the evening before on-campus interviews. These sessions are open to all FAU students and alumni.
Co-Op/InternshipsCo-op/internships are programs that provide meaningful work experience for FAU students, while fulfilling your employment needs. It is a three way partnership between the student, employer, and the co-op office.
Job Posting ProceduresEligible employers who are interested in attracting FAU students/alumni can advertise or post a position with the Career Development Center. Employers who post jobs in OWL CareerLink (Interfase) may upon approval, conduct resume searches.

Professional Mentor ProgramThe Professional Mentor Program is a database within OWL CareerLink (Interfase) consisting of FAU alumni and industry representatives. The program provides current FAU undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to be mentored by industry representatives who share similar academic and/or professional interests. This program was established to provide students access to valuable resources that cannot be found in books. The goal of the Professional Mentoring Program is strictly informational and is not meant to be used as a means to find a job.
