Alumni Services

Alumni who have completed their degree at Florida Atlantic University are eligible to use the services of the Career Development Center. During the first six months after graduation there is no fee to use any of the services listed below. Six months or more after graduation we will continue to provide services for an annual fee of $65.00. Services available for alumni who register with the Career Development Center include:

Job Postings (OWL CareerLink -formerly Interfase)
The CDC receives over 2000 job postings annually. Registered alumni may view jobs and apply online.
~NEW~ Through our partnership with MonsterTRAK, you now have access to thousands of job opportunities. These jobs are targeted to you in the same system where you view jobs posted by our office (OWL CareerLink).
Resume Referrals (OWL CareerLink -formerly Interfase)
Upload your resume into the OWL CareerLink database. Have your resume referred to employers who request your degree, major, etc.
On-Campus Interviews (OWL CareerLink -formerly Interfase)
Alumni (up to 1 year post graduation) are eligible to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program with employers who request alumni. Alumni must meet the employer's specifications (i.e. major, degree level, graduation date.)
OptimalResume™
Use our resume creation tool to design high impact resumes and store them online.
Career Advising
Includes resume critiques and practice interviews (limited to 3 sessions)
Career Day Job Fairs (Spring and Fall Semester)
Professional / Graduate School Fair (Fall Semester)
CDC Events
Registered alumni are welcome to attend our employer information sessions, workshops, etiquette dining events and panels.

Payment Method (Alumni Service) - Please remit the alumni service fee to the campus career center where you will receive services

Boca Raton Campus
Fees must be paid online (credit card). Once payment confirmation has been received by the Career Development Center, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the password for Optimal Resume as well as instructions to upload your resume into the OWL CareerLink - formerly Interfase database. Pay online here!

Broward Campus
In order to receive alumni services, you must first pay the fee at the Cashier’s Office (cash, and/or checks) where you will receive a receipt for payment. The receipt must then be physically brought to the Career Development Center (LA 203). On the payment receipt, please include your full name and e-mail address.

Jupiter Campus
In order to receive alumni services, you must first pay the fee at the Cashier’s Office (cash, and/or checks) where you will receive a receipt for payment. The receipt must then be physically brought to the Career Development Center (SR110). On the payment receipt, please include your full name and e-mail address.

Additional Services (not included in the $65 alumni fee):
Career Assessment Inventories are also available for a one time fee of $50 per assessment. This includes one individual counseling session for a personal interpretation.

Boca Raton Campus
Fees must be paid at the Cashier’s Office (cash, and/or checks) and/or online (credit cards). Please bring a copy of your receipt to your appointment. If you pay online, the career development center will automatically be notified and will send you (via e-mail) instructions for taking the online assessment. If you don’t receive follow-up instructions within 48 hours, please call the career development center at 561-297-3533.

Broward Campus
Fees must be paid at the Cashier’s Office in cash or by check. Please bring a copy of your receipt to your appointment.

MacArthur Campus (Jupiter)
Fees must be paid at the Cashier’s Office in cash or by check. Please bring a copy of your receipt to your appointment.
