Powered by high-energy music, challenging exercises and the best instructors in Boca Raton, the Group Fitness program makes it easy to meet your exercise needs by giving you a fun and fantastic workout that will keep you engaged and energized.
If you are not already familiar with Group Fitness it is a group exercise program offering the latest in fitness programming. Classes are well-structured and tailored to each individual’s unique fitness level.
6 Things you need to know about Group Fitness
- Classes take place in the Arena Balcony unless otherwise indicated.
- Campus Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or schedule at anytime.
- Minimum of two (2) participants must be dressed on time for each class or class will be cancelled.
- Participants must be on time for the start of class. Individuals who show-up late will not be permitted to participate.
- No classes will be held on University holidays or when academic classes have been cancelled.
- Classes may be cancelled throughout the semester due to athletic competition and other special events.
Fitness Center Orientations
This 30 minute session allows students and Rec Members to work one-on-one with a Fitness Center Host to determine personalized adjustments and weight settings for each piece of equipment in the Fitness Center. Proper form and technique will be demonstrated to ensure safety and effectiveness. Personalized training programs are not included in the Fitness Center Orientation.
