Facility Reservations

Campus Recreation manages a variety of facilities available for student groups and others to reserve for special events.  Please review the procedures below to begin the reservation process.

Facility reservations for the Arena should be directed to the Athletics Department staff at 561.297.2683 

Step One: Complete and return the Facility Use Application.

Step Two: Upon receiving your estimate for the proposed event, sign and return to 561-297-2421 (Fax).

Step Three: Complete and return the triplicate copies of the Facility Use Agreement

Step Four: Submit a copy of your liability insurance at least 10 days prior to your event. (Link to Sample Document)
