• Issuance of Student, Staff and Faculty OWL CARDS
  
• Issuance of OWL CARDS to Distance Learners
  

• OWL CARD Debit Program
  The OWL CARD Debit Program is an off-line application that allows a user to put any amount of money up to $100.00 on their OWL CARD (photo id). The user can then use this debit card to pay for purchases at the Toshiba Copy Center,  select snack and beverage machines, washers and dryers in the residence halls, copiers, computer labs (pay for print) and microfiche printing. Future features are currently being planned.
  
  Deposits to the debit program can be made at the OWL CARD Center or at Cash to Card machines.
